Domenico Segreti

He is a founding partner of the Firm and he is Head of the Energy and Administrative law departments.

He deals also with litigation issues related to the mentioned sectors either before both ordinary jurisdiction and administrative courts.

He has gained a relevant experience in the main regulated sectors, with particular focus on renewable energies and gas distribution. He also advises national and international clients in the sectors of urban planning and tender procedures.

Born in Cosenza in 1976, he graduated in Law at University of Pisa in 1999.

He is a member of the Bar Association since 2003 and he is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2018.

He speaks Italian and English.
