Andrea Raffaelli

He is a founding partner of the Firm and he is Head of the Extraordinary operations and Commercial and Corporate law departments.

He also deals with commercial and corporate litigation in judiciary and arbitration courts.

He advises Italian and international clients, both financial and industrial, consultancy companies and investment funds, with particular focus on the energy, healthcare, venture capital and real estate sectors.

Born in Grosseto in 1976, he graduated in Law with honours at University of Pisa in 1999 and obtained a PhD from Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento Sant’Anna of Pisa in 2003.

He is a member of the Bar Association since 2003.

He speaks Italian and English.
